Los finalistas por los premios Emmy Internacional fueron anunciados en una conferencia de prensa durante el Mipcom 2010 y la ceremonia tomará lugar el 22 de Noviembre en Nueva York.
Este es el 38º año de los premios Emmy Internacional que son considerados como la ceremonia de premios más importantes para producciones extranjeras. En 2010, 39 producciones han sido nominadas en diez diferentes categorías.
Se dieron a conocer los nominados a los premios Emmy Internacionales a lo mejor de la televisión. Encabezan las nominaciones el Reino Unido con 9 nominaciones, seguido por Brasil con 5, Argentina y Japón con 4.
México tiene una nominación por la versión mexicana de "Los Simuladores" de canal SONY.
