Vampiros de ensueño, un doctor malhumorado y un "rapero" son los máximos ganadores el miércoles en los premios People's Choice.
"The Twilight Saga: Eclipse", "House M.D." y Eminem ganaron cuatro premios cada uno en la ceremonia que animó Queen Latifa en el Teatro Nokia del centro de Los Angeles.
Los seguidores de "Twilight" la eligieron como película favorita y drama favorito. Los protagonistas Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson y Taylor Lautner fueron elegidos como el equipo favorito en pantalla, mientras que Stewart ganó también los honores como actriz.
Johnny Depp fue el actor preferido de los aficionados, mientras que Jackie Chan ganó como actor de acción. 
Mientras tanto, Adam Sandler ganó como comediante, y "Toy Story 3" fue seleccionado como la mejor película para las familias.
"House" fue elegido como el mejor drama por televisión, y sus protagonistas Hugh Laurie y Lisa Edelstein fueron actor y actriz favoritos en la categoría de drama. El personaje de Laurie, Gregory House, fue seleccionado como el doctor favorito en televisión.
Eminem fue el músico varón favorito de los fans y el artista de hip-hop predilecto. Su interpretación a dúo con Rihanna, "Love the Way You Lie", ganó como canción favorita y vídeo musical favorito.
"Glee" recibió mayor votación en comedia en televisión, y Jane Lynch fue la comediante favorita. Entretanto, Neil Patrick Harris ganó en comedia con honores.
Rihanna, Usher y Taylor Swift fueron mencionados como artistas favoritos, del pop, rap y western, respectivamente.
Los aficionados eligen a los ganadores en todas las categorías.
